What is PatrolPerl

PatrolPerl is a perl module, which allows the connection to BMC Patrol agents via perl. It is realized as a C program with a wrapper ( generated with Swig ). It uses the C API delivered by BMC with the agents. BMC allowed me to disribute the module, but without the API - this is copy-protected by BMC. But - when you are interessted in using PatrolPerl, you should have also at least on PatrolAgent running and so you should have also the API.
